Just what I needed

I had a small manufactural issue with this particular model. I emailed them photographic evidence and the response was immediate. They sent me a brand new one and it works excellently. The customer service is prompt, polite and concise. What was a frustration was easily solved. From the photo you can see it displays well. Nice quality especially for the price. Being a broke med student this was better than buying a TV. Thank you QKK.

Great value but the large is not large at all. It’s defiantly medium size.

This is a decent set of sticks, but truly the title and description should label these as small and smaller. The small ones are perfect for eyebrows and face while the "large" ones are good for underarm and bikini areas. If you need good, wide sticks for legs, look elsewhere, because the sticks in this set are just too small.Other than that, these are perfectly good sticks for waxing the above mentioned areas (and more, if you're so inclined) and the price is reasonable.

The description for this product is incorrect & coming from someone starting a waxing business this can be frustrating. Product sticks are fine but definitely not large like what you’d need for leg waxing. Small & medium instead. Bought a separate box of mediums thinking this pack came with large & was unfortunately mistaken. This has taught me to always read reviews because although we expect an accurate product description, we never know!
