Great product! Even protected me during a massive infection till I could get to the doctor. Not a cure, but kept the symptoms in Check till I could see a physician.

I’m one of those (un)lucky women who are prone to frequent UTI’s. I’m setting aside shame about posting a public review because I wish someone had done the same for me and saved a lot of suffering and embarrassment over the years. I’ve bounced around from product to product since I was a teenager trying to find natural supplements, powders, juices, etc. that I could count on to treat and prevent these painful infections that took over my life. I’ve tried some crazy things out of desperation, but I can tell you after two decades of trial and disappointment that nothing works better than a quality combination of high amounts of D mannose (~1,000mg daily) and Cranberry Extract (300-400mg daily). Capsules are the most convenient, hands-down. Many people freak out over high amounts of ingredients on product labels, but there’s no reason to fear a high dosage in this situation. It’s natural, and you need it if you’re going head to head with infection. You’ll never drink enough cranberry juice to consistently prevent UTI’s, so don’t kid yourself about that either. Supplements are inexpensive when you consider the effectiveness and convenience of preventing such a painful annoyance. What you need is a one-two punch, and Zhou has made it easy with the combination in this product. Here are the facts: 1) High amounts of D Mannose are necessary to prevent the bacteria that’s responsible for infection (i.e. E. coli) from sticking to the walls of your urinary tract. 1000mg per day will do the job. 2) Cranberry is what everyone recognizes as helpful for UTI’s, but not all cranberry supplements are created equal. The most effective cranberry supplement for UTI’s is a potent extract. Zhou uses Cranberry XBAC, which is a clinically tested cranberry extract that was proven to help flush “impurities” (like the bacteria we talked about) from your bladder. The D Mannose alone cannot “flush” impurities, it only prevents it from sticking to your urinary tract. You need both D mannose and cranberry extract working together. 3) The Vitamin C is a nice bonus. It’s important not only for immune function, but it actually makes urine more acidic, which discourages growth of E. Coli as well. So there you have it! I can tell you with confidence that this works. Don’t make the common mistake of discontinuing a supplement just because you’ve stopped getting UTI’s, though. Use daily, and you’ll prevent future infections. The price is right and this combination makes daily prevention easy. I’m happy to have found it for myself.

I believe that this was the catalyst that helped me get over a two year urinary problem. I use this in combination to many supplements for urinary and kidney health, and have had great results with this mix. All info that you could possibly need is right on the bottle too. If you have urinary troubles, and are not finding relief with antibiotics, don't want to go to a urologist so they can stick rods up your bits, try some good old natural cranberry and lots of water!

Oh my God this product rocks! ! ! ! I bought this for my sweet little chocolate lab who had a severe E- Coli infection; we just had another urinalysis done at the Vet today that came back negative! This products works just like it says it does! Now she doesn't have to go back to using a toxic antibiotic that would hurt her kidneys over time and the Vet is very happy about this as well, this D-Mannose is doing its job and not letting anything adhere and keeping the E-Coli away!!!! My dog will continue to use this product for the rest of her life, she will be 16 in two months and is doing very well. Just FYI: I also have her on a probiotic geared for UTI with cranberry in it, but I just started that a week ago; I have been using the D-Mannose for a month now, before the probiotic, but used in combination with the probiotic is best for my dog because of her age; the Vet explained when they get this old their immune system isn't able to fight off the E-Coli on it's own, so they need more immune support, which the probiotic provides in addition to the D-Mannose; hope this helps anyone with a similar situation so that your dog can make it too!!!!

Takes care of bladder pain and infection for me. Chronic problem is pretty much solved with regular use. 1-2 a day is all I need, compared to 6-12 regular cranberry pills I used to take daily. Amazing product for me!

My aunt told me about this. She gives it to my paraplegic uncle who has been in and out of hospital with UTI's...way too often. So I decided to try it, and since I've been taking the product I have not had any of the usual signs of an oncoming UTI. My bladder is no longer feeling heavy and the burning ache in my flank and upper thighs are just not there! I get UTIs frequently...especially in the hot months, and they sometimes lead to kidney infection because I have a relocated bladder and shortened ureters so it happens really fast. This seems to be working really well and I will be taking this for life; better than hospitals and antibiotics! I like the product so much that I ordered one for a friend also.
