Hanke 14 Inch Underseat Carry On Luggage with Wheels, Lightweight, Waterproof, TSA-Approved, Suitcase, Ivory White

This was a Christmas present to myself and I couldn’t be happier so far. In the past three months, I’ve flown from Dallas to Houston to Memphis and back, and then to New Orleans for a cruise and there’s not a scratch on the luggage. They are very roomy, with one side securing your belongings with a strap and the other side enclosing them in a zippered compartment. All the zippers on mine move fluidly and are sturdy. The expandable section provides considerable room if your suitcase is crowded or you wind up bringing back more than you started with. The carry-on size fits easily in the overhead compartment of a plane, even when expanded. The TSA locks are easy to set (step-by-step illustrated instructions and also there are you tube videos if you have any trouble). I was unfamiliar with this brand and chose it from its good reviews and I’m so glad I did. The pretty Caribbean Blue is easily identifiable (No one else has had anything close!) and it’s just a very attractive set overall. The wheels are silent and move easily (and straight!), even when the case is packed full. The handle is strong and does not wobble. If something happens to change my great first impression, I’ll update my review but so far, so good.

This was the best luggage purchase I’ve made — unexpectedly excellent. I bought this suitcase to transport all my wedding expo materials, including a 6.6' Waveline display frame with tension fabric, a fitted tablecloth, and many other heavy items. It also held numerous acrylic display pieces, 100 large giveaway tote bags, plus business cards, postcards, flyers, and more. Everything fit into this one suitcase — and it was very heavy. Despite the weight, it rolled perfectly smooth and was unbelievably quiet. I honestly didn’t hear any rolling sound at all. Street imperfections and uneven surfaces were not an issue; it rolled over them effortlessly. The handles are very well designed. I was able to lift it using the side handles both vertically (with the wheels down) and horizontally. The handles lie flat when not in use and pull out smoothly, yet they are strong enough to carry significant weight. While the suitcase itself was heavy and challenging to lift into a car or onto a train, the handles fully supported the load without any strain. The adjustable telescoping handle also works beautifully, with two locking positions — mid-height and fully extended — which was very helpful. This is a large 29" suitcase, and I am extremely happy with it. I’m very glad I chose this one over another option I was considering. You can see in the expo photos that it aligns with a standard 6‑ft table height. Highly recommended, especially if you need to transport heavy or bulky items smoothly and quietly.

I love this bag, use it for my cosmetics, hair care styling. A bag every woman needs when traveling. It is a carry on size, I usually check mine. Great for an overnight, held all I needed. Is well made, rolls really easy, swivel wheels. It's made 2 flights and holding up well. Pretty color.

I absolutely love this luggage set. The color is stunning—even better in person—and I’ve gotten compliments every time I’ve traveled with it. It has a sleek, high-end look that stands out in a sea of black bags at baggage claim. The build quality is excellent. All three pieces feel sturdy and durable, and the wheels glide incredibly smoothly—I can roll them with just one hand, even when they’re fully packed. That alone makes a huge difference when you’re navigating busy airports or long walkways. One of my favorite features is the plastic-lined compartment inside each bag. I use it for anything that could potentially leak (like toiletries or sunscreens), and it gives me peace of mind that the rest of my stuff won’t get ruined. The TSA-approved locks are another nice touch. They’re built in and super easy to use, which is great for international travel. Only a couple small downsides: They’re a bit expensive compared to other sets. The interior straps don't tighten quite as much as I’d like, especially when I’m packing bulkier items. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting. Overall, I’m super happy with this purchase. These bags are stylish, functional, and a pleasure to travel with. If you travel often and want something that looks great and performs well, this is a solid investment.

Held up well as a carry on. Rolls quietly and over irregular surfaces, about as well as one could expect. The color I believe was called Ivory. It is kind of a grey vanilla color. Not what we really expected in the color, but a nice change and easy to spot in the luggage carriers. Have not checked yet with any airlines. Hoping to avoid that. I’m certain it would get nicked and marked up, if we did. But it’s a great design with real room on the inside. Zippers are terrific, as is the built in TSA lock. Some of the best luggage we’ve ever owned. Happy with the product so far. Would highly recommend. I checked all carriers domestic and international before purchase. This suitcase had measurements including the wheels, and wasn’t fudging on dimensions. Many are not carrier friendly as a carry on, even when claiming so. Seems durable. Felt very stable and confident with use, in the terminals.

Generally, this 14” bag is great and most people will love it if they are looking for a small hard sided spinner bag. In this style bag, I originally thought it was great that it had the cloth partition between the halves. However, I bought the bag to carry a CPAP which is 5”X6”X8” and it’s not great for that. Like most bags with retractable handles, you lose a little space inside where the handles retract into the bag but, normally, you can tuck your smaller items between the rails. On a bigger bag, I don’t think much of that but, for the use I bought the bag for, it just makes it worse by elevating the main item (CPAP) in the bag past the midpoint where the cloth portion zips. The CPAP is too big to fit between those “rails” so it kind of sits on top of that part which makes it too tall to close the bag if the cloth partition is closed for the upper half of the bag (it would still be too tall even if it didn’t lose space from sitting on those). I end up having to unzip the cloth lid partition to use the full depth of the suitcase to accommodate the 5” height of my CPAP. Because I can’t close the partition, it makes the top half of the bag unusable for other items since, if you open the bag with the partition unzipped, anything you managed to stuff in that upper half falls out of the suitcase. I can make it work but it’s too much of a hassle. I wish Hanke had this exact size 14” bag with a lid-style opening like their other bags so you could use the full depth of the suitcase. Hanke does make a 16” version with the lid-style opening that I would have bought, but it’s too wide to fit under the seat on the plane because the other dimension too wide. With all that said, if you don’t have anything that is taller than about 3.5” at it’s smaller dimension, you will love this little bag. Very durable and, if not for my challenges with the one item I primarily needed the bag for, I would be very happy with the bag. I am still giving it 5 stars because it will be great for most people. I will continue to search for a hard sided underseat spinner that opens on the front edge so that I can fit my CPAP and medications in a hard sided underseat bag.

I read a review that said it would fit a personal item on frontier, IT DOES NOT!!! But overall it's a nice lil suitcase. I took it to cancun and I'm gonna list what I packed. 3 sun dresses, 2 biking shorts, 1 legging, 3 pair if undies, 2 workout thin bras, 2 bathing suits, 1 cover all pants (super thin), small toiletry bag, 1 pair of sandals, 1 medium size makeup bag that had 1 concealer, 1 tinted moisturizer, elf glow, primer, blush, Fenty setting powder maybe 2oz, deodorant, body wash 2oz, lotion 2 oz,shea butter in1oz tub, travel toothpaste, 2 tooth brushes, rose water spray 2oz, micella water 2oz, face lotion in a 2oz glass jar, 2 phone chargers and a tripod. All clothes were in a compression packing cube. And that was all that could fit. Nothing else could fit in there. I would keep it for a quick get away but I couldn't imagine putting jeans, sweater, bulky items in there unless you're a man or a very minimal packer. I didn't take anything extra but what I needed. Even without the small amount of makeup, the fit would have been a lil bit more room,for maybe another dress or tights. It seems sturdy, the wheel roll well, I have a Tumi carry-on and it rolls just as smooth as that. For now! Anywho, hope this helps.

軽さと強度、あと色が可愛いなと思った為購入。表記にはグレーとあったので、実物の色味が心配でしたが、期待した通りの色で大満足してます。くすんだ水色にも見える、大人に使いやすいカラーで、傷も目立たなさそうです。使うのが楽しみです。

Love this suitcase. It's the wheels that I love best. They seem to roll effortlessly across uneven surfaces, so fewer mishaps at the airport! You'd think the colour would make it susceptible to dirt, but remarkably it has stayed clean after many trips.

Excellent cabin case . Larger sizes may NOT be allowed in the cabin . This usually is. Great for my expensive designer items handbags and jewellery which you just shouldn’t pack in your suitcases . Looks very smart- fits a surprising amount and wheels smoothly and effortlessly ! So glad I bought it !
