Very big can and great on Potatoes!
I love it. I also purchased the Amazon Basics pepper and I think people should own both. This tastes better on some foods than the Basics, like it tastes better on potatoes. But I noticed on tri-tip, the Basics tasted better. Amazing value for the money; this can is way bigger than it looks, it's like three times the size of a normal one. But the pepper itself is high-quality, finely ground pepper. Not grindable as it already is.

Never disappointed.
Watkins spices are always excellent. This is the only black pepper that I don't sneeze at. The flavor is excellent. No "dust" ... just pure, well ground, black pepper. My first choice, always. Never disappointed.

Your Fried Potatoes Will Thank You
Love this pepper! I am a huge black pepper fan. I love it. But I never truly realized the difference in pepper until I had this. It changed the life of my taste buds. It is a remarkable tasting black pepper. Although it is pricier I will still purchase it within reason. Your fried potatoes will thank you!

Probably the best black pepper out there -
An all time favorite - black pepper that is sneeze proof - no fillers - and has won awards - great taste, I add this to a lot of dishes, along with other Watkins spices - though somewhat of a non-cook, I still love to play with Watkins spices and see what flavors I can add - recently was adding red pepper flakes to chicken noodle soup, along with minced garlic and onion powder -

Quality you can depend on
This is by the best product. I have been buying it for years. The other products are equally superior. If you haven't tried them you should. The double vanilla is my favorite.

It's ground pepper
It's just ground pepper. I read the reviews and it sounded like this was something premium. Maybe it is, but honestly, I can't tell the difference between this and Great Value. It is a very fine grind which is good if you use old school pepper shakers. That's not saying it's bad, I just literally can't tell the difference. Also, it arrived pretty dented, that didn't help. It's a pretty can, so that's shame.

Gluten free! Excellent Value
No wondering about cross-contamination and mystery glutening. Excellent value over other small $10 GF jars sold in-store. This is a big tin. Subscribed.

Who'da thunk upgrading your black pepper brand would make a big difference?
It's hard to explain how but if you've never really had GREAT ground black pepper, you likely won't understand. I won't bother with a long winded explanation because I'm not being paid to but Watkins from the silver tins presents as so fresh and pungent. Better than fresh cracked somehow. Again... I won't get too excited. It's just pepper but if you try it just remember, you need less and it the actual peppercorn flavor is somehow more robust. Try a bit on an easy medium like a fried egg or a mayo/tomato sandwich and you'll see what I mean. No more discount pepper for me. I just didn't understand that such a simple upgrade in pepper could make such a huge difference before.
