My favourite pre workout kick starter. It gives me the energy I need to power through my toughest days. The taste reminds me of jolly rancher candy and it makes me more alert and able to go through all the rounds. Also, it increases my body temperature making me sweat a lot.

Awesome flavor from C4 - been using it for years. The flavor isn't overpowering. Does not bother my stomach and works well for energy and focus. Good blend consistency and the desiccant helps to prevent clumping. I only buy NSF certified products, and you should too!

Works for me, I like the taste and the little energy boost I get. Don't know anyone else's physical health, talk to your doctor before you take and don't take more than the recommended quantity.

I’ve been using this pre-workout for a few weeks and it definitely gives me the energy and focus I need to power through workouts. I don’t feel jittery, and the caffeine kick is steady instead of overwhelming. The watermelon flavor is decent but a little too sweet/artificial for my taste. Mixes pretty well with water, though sometimes it leaves a bit of powder at the bottom. Overall, it’s effective and affordable compared to other pre-workouts, so I’d buy it again.

I am not really sure what to say because I wouldn’t suggest this to any and everyone. It truly depends on your goals. It does not taste bad but it also doesn’t taste particularly good. Has a little bit of a chalky after taste. However, it gets me powered up for my workouts. I feel like I am able to get to a higher failure level with this. I suggest drinking a good deal of water or you WILL get the tingly sensation. Personally I like to get just a little of it as an indicator that it officially kicked in. Don’t really smell like much of anything. I don’t find myself jittery at all. Great value for your money. It does dissolve better in room temperature and I think it’s a great quality preworkout.

Definitely did what it was supposed to do. Make sure to take it an hour to 30 minutes before working out. And when you do workout go as hard as you can so you can avoid the itching feeling. It definitely gives you that boost of energy that is needed.
