Whoever invented this is genius. Watching my friend's house and she had this handy kettle. Loved it so much I bought one from Amazon and though do like tea from a kettle I pretty much use this now. It boils within seconds. Turns itself off. Easy to clean. Has a little scale on the side where you can measure your water. Great for tea, cup of noodles, soup....whatever. Plan giving this to several friends for Christmas!

This is an amazing electric kettle. It heats up fast. This is affordable. I wish the opening was a wider for gentle cleaning. The filter removes for cleaning easily. I use daily. Do not fill beyond capacity. Follow manufacturer's instructions. I leave the lid open for a bit to air dry, then gently close. I don't want moisture to build up to possibly be a haven for mold or rust. Thank you! P.S. I pray this last me. This is my first electric kettle. No smell. It is lightweight. Beautiful stainless steel. Automatic shut off.

Been using it daily since I got it . I love the size and the fact that it boils very quickly . It doesn’t take much space which is much needed. It’s functional and robust. Thank you!

I like it! I'm taking away one star because the little window that lets you see the water level is completely out of sight for me. (I'm left-handed) So that is a bummer. Otherwise I'm glad I bought this kettle. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the OXO kettle I had (and still have just in case) except that it was bigger and therefore heavier. My hands don't have the strength they once did and this smaller kettle is so much easier to lift and pour even when it is full. Put a viewing window on MY side - and I'll give you back that last star! I recommend this kettle. Boils fast. Cuts off when it boils. Nice!

The ceramic kettle I have owned for 10 plus years was, I thought it was irreplaceable. It is no longer being made. by Belkin. I heated up fast and was large enough for severral cups of coffee, tea, cocoa etc. And it wa great for cleaning of the sink top. Easy to pour boiling water..... And then I found the Amazon Basics Electric Stainless Steel Kettle . Well priced, sturdy, light, easy to handle, holds two quarts and heats up fast like a pro using a very simple control. Bonus: it seems to clean up very well and fast.

Had one of this kettle for years and now had to replace it as the base died but kettle still works on new base. Takes up little space and heats up in a jiffy. Awesome .

I've had my kettle for about 2 months now. I LOVE it! It's fast, effective and simple to operate. No fancy bells or whistles which is what I like. At the price, it's a no brainer! Grab one today!

This electric kettle cooks so fast. It makes a few cups of boiling water at a time. My husband thought it would use to much electricity. It’s around 3 cents a cup. Putting on the gas kettle takes two to three times longer to boil. This electric kettle shuts off automatically. The kettle on the stove just keeps whistling and can run out of water and burn the house down. My husband loves it too. He makes me tea every morning and can’t believe it’s so quick..

La tengo desde el 12 de Marzo del 2025 La verdad está super chida, es pequeña (como de un litro de capacidad) pero está muy bonita, esuy útil, y está maciza, leí reseñas donde se manchaba o se ensuciaba/oxidaba, a mí no se me ha oxidado, pero se me ha manchado ¿Por qué se mancha? Seguramente es por el sarro/calcio que hay en el agua de grifo, pero se quita, le pasas el dedo o le tallas suavecito y se quita, mi novio tenía una de la marca oster, y se me hacía un producto novedoso (sobre todo porque me hago muchos té, sopas instantáneas, café, etc), la verdad calienta el agua super rápido, en cuestión de minutos, y se apaga automáticamente Yo aveces cuando quiero que hierva más de la cuenta, le mantengo presionado el botón (no sugiero que hagan eso, porque no le das el uso correcto que indica el fabricante y porque te puede caer vapor caliente), pero sí sigue calentando. Estamos a Mayo 2025 y me sigue funcionando, denle like para seguir actualizando la reseña, si tengo algún problema con el producto lo añadiré aquí. Pd. La última foto es lo de las manchas, sí se quitan, no hay que alarmarse

A very nice kettle that is light and heats up fast. The only tiny drawback for me is that there is a small filter inside the spout that when I removed to check out (one can do this for cleaning if needed) I couldn’t put back properly and eventually I left it out. Didn’t think it was necessary anyway.

Llego justo a tiempo y si es buen producto Y muy práctica …..

Llevo 3 años con esta tetera, super práctica, tiene una ventana lateral y puedo ver cuanta agua voy a calentar. solo un botón, hasta mis hijos la usan. no he tenido ningún problema con ella. sirve desde una taza de agua hasta los casi 2 litros que menciona.

This is a great, reliable kettle. It’s a good size if you don’t want it to take up too much space on your countertop or want to store it away in between uses. I actually bought it 7 years ago and it just recently started not turning on all the time, but after 7 years of consistent use and the low price I bought it at, I feel I got my moneys worth. The price now is a lot higher than before and ended up buying a different brand, but if you can get this kettle on sale I highly recommend it.
