mifo S True Wireless Earbuds, Active Noise Cancelling Sports Earbuds, IPX7 Bluetooth in-Ear Headphone, Compact Design Suitable for Sport and Sleep

I got these Mifo earbuds after my previous pair of Mifo earbuds got a bit old. I picked the new Sport option because I use my earbuds for running and need a comfortable stable fit. Things started out okay, but soon I started experiencing issues with pairing - I had to figure out a very particular routine to avoid them only pairing one ear at a time. This is frustrating but manageable. What's much worse is that the touch buttons to control volume etc go off all the time without me touching them. I'll be running and suddenly the volume will start ratcheting up to be deafening, my podcast will skip back, or transparency mode will turn on. Resetting made no difference so I contacted customer service and they told me they'd send a replacement, asked my address, and told me I'd hear from returns in 24-48 hours. Since then it's been radio silence, despite chasing them after a week. Definitely won't be buying Mifo again! Update: had to contact support again and start from the beginning and this time they told me I had no Amazon order!

This item is not as described you can’t really run with them as it alters the volume, tracks and the transparency mode didn’t work either I sent back and went back to the mifo 2 2023 which is much better than these
