Pumteck MY01 Electric Ball Pump for Basketball Football Soccer Volleyball

Pretty cool little pump for not a lot of money ($25). It has presets for different types of balls, but I use it for soccer. It has a built in pressure gauge so you just set it to the desired pressure and let it inflate to the set weight. I used it this weekend for the first time and pumped about a dozen balls with no problems. Much easier than manually inflating a ball and using a separate pressure gauge. Comes with a short extension hose, two needles, and a charging cable (but no AC adaptor, so I use my phone's charger that has a USB port). Too early to tell how long a charge will last.

I have a small multi-use court. The kids love it but the balls are always flat. I’ve bought several hand pumps, but it’s very difficult keep all inflated to the proper pressures. With this, anyone can set the ball type and start it. It then stops at the perfect pressure, and you’re fine. I inflated 4 flat basketballs and a soccer ball and the battery hasn’t dropped below “full.” And it inflated them at a reasonable rate. It’s not ultra fast, but each one took less than a minute to inflate from being very flat. I love this, we now use balls that feel right. It’s worth every penny. If I could suggest two upgrades that would make it perfect, I would recommend adding a hole or ring to attach a cable through, so it doesn’t walk away, and it would be really nice if the entire flexible tube and the needle would store inside the unit, not just the needle. I’d even be happy to have a shorter flexible tube or a slightly larger pump body to make it fit if necessary. And while I’m dreaming, onboard storage for a few more needles or other tips would be really nice! But those are just extras, not essential. So I can easily give this 5 stars!

Best handheld air compressor that I’ve ever use, simply set your desired psi and it will go until it hits it and then automatically stop. Gonna ask for anything more

Needed a pump, other than handheld which just didn't do the job of fully inflating. Purchased this with hard, though this comes with a soft travel bag. The hard case is durable, holds well sitting in the bag with all the other balls purchased for kids' sports nights. Came with 2 needles, one sits nestled in the top of the pump, the other attached to the hose, which can be removed. Takes a few moments to turn on, I thought the battery was dead on box opening. Had to hold the power a few seconds and this lit up. Hid one needle away, attached the other to the hose, attached the hose, and put this to work. Started with a deflated miniature rugby display ball, and in seconds this was ready to burst, of which I could not get the ball to near full air capacity with a hand pump. On game night, with the kids in the park, we have a multiple of balls to use. We started with a half deflated basketball, a few seconds later this was fully deflated, inflated a second ball appropriately, and off they were. Next was to finish inflating a half filled full sized rugby ball, which wouldn't fully inflate with a hand pump. This did the trick. Finished inflating a soccer ball, and inflated a new, unaired, soccer ball. This took a few seconds, start inflating, this didn't register anything as air was being pumped in. As the ball started forming, we saw the pressure start registering, and inflated to full size with no problems. A little slow from flat to full, but those that need just a little air, this works great. No issues adding air to a football, and had an adjustment for a volleyball. We set appropriately, but the size of the ball said lower than the preset PSI, so we lowered it, and set to inflat properly. I love this think, quick, rather mindless on setting and inflating. The battery seems to hold well, I've had this in the car for a week now since last use, and the battery check shows its sitting well. And at least for the use of the night, fully inflating at least 1 item, 1 additional item that needed lots of air, and several other items to top off, this worked well, no stutters, no power issues. The needle fit well, with ease, into each of the balls, from the mini to the full sized. The soft bag this comes with will work well for any need, especially if you are carrying this yourself. However, if you plan on dropping this into your equipment bag and leaving it to its own devices, highly suggest the hard case for this. Great inflater for the money, lightweight, very useful across the board for balls.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I recently got the Pumteck MY01 electric ball pump, and it's become an essential in my sports gear arsenal. Designed for basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, and volleyballs, this pump packs impressive functionality in a compact package. If you're looking for a convenient, fast, and reliable way to inflate sports balls without the hassle, the Pumteck MY01 is a top pick. Great for coaches, parents, and athletes—this nifty gadget saves time and hassle. The LCD gauge and deflation function are especially handy add-ons. At around $30, it’s a wise investment over manual pumps or underpowered electric alternatives.

Very good piece of equipment to add to your sports kits! It pumped up high school Varsity Footballs to 13lbs very well and shut off at the 13lb setting on the unit!

I loved this pump for the first 2 months of basketball season. I coach 3 of my kids’ teams so this was going to make it much easier inflating basketballs throughout the season. However, the pump stopped reading the ball’s psi (tried multiple different balls and made sure the pump was fully charged). It will over inflate now every time and won’t auto shutoff. You have to stop the pump manually. So why would I pay for a digital pump just to have to guess the psi like the old style pumps?!? It says my return window is over but I can’t find manufacturer info to see if they’ll issue me another one. Hoping this will prompt a response and we can work it out. I’ll update the review if manufacturer will work with me. Update- after reporting that this was defective, Amazon suggested some steps to fix certain issues. I hit the +\- at the same time and it reset the pump and seems to be working correctly now. Changed my review to 5 stars bc other than the malfunction the pump works well!

Works exactly as advertised, perfect. Set the pressure and it inflates or deflates.

Diese Ballpumpe hält was sie verspricht

I use it to pump footballs battery goes dead after a few balls, but in general pretty 5

This is a must have in any sport kit bag, especially if you’re a coach of the sport! Doesn’t feel cheap, nice weight to it, clear digital screen, and pumps the ball up in seconds, functionality wise, easy to use, you just set the PSI to what ever you require, press start and away it goes! Filled 8 footballs up in approximately 1 minute! Compact and can fit in your bag with ease! Highly recommend this pump! Great value for money! Nice compact size. Great battery life! Very well made!

I love this!!! Works perfect every time and pumps the balls exactly how you want. Easy to use and worth the money. It literally changes the game to have balls pumped up perfectly and makes you much more popular.

Straight forward, ordered and delivered on time. Packaged well and works fine. Great service
