Careful , it has a tendency to leak

This small diffuser is very pretty. It’s not very big, about the size of a 3 wick candle. Provides nice ambience to a room. The top is a little difficult to remove, but I manage. I would recommend

Difficult to open/close & wire isn’t very well attached and you have to fix it everytime it falls out when you add water. Nice/interesting fire effect but it’s a little inconvenient and not sure if it will last. Hoping something better built and priced may come along

Larger footprint that my old diffuser, so it takes up more room. It looks cool, but not like fire. Biggest objection is how freaking difficult it is to remove the top to refill it-they should provide a tool for this, or a small cut out on the side that you can sneak a fingernail into to separate the top from the bottom.

The diffuser itself looks pretty decent, smaller than I necessarily thought it would be, but good enough for my office. I loved the RGB's casting through the mist, looks really cool, if not like flames. The real problem seems to be build quality. The first one I had began leaking within 4 days, and this is while not running. I would come into my office in the morning with a puddle underneath the diffuser and the lower section filled with water. It seems to be leaking past the ultrasonic emitter, as though it weren't fastened properly there. Well, sure enough, here I am almost exactly a month after getting the replacement, and just 6 days past my return window, and I came into my office to a puddle and a non-functioning diffuser. Not sure what the deal is or if I even can return it at this point, but it's severely disappointing and I'll be avoiding this company in the future unless they make it right.

This was a gift for a secret Santa and my friend loved it! I just wish it had instructions or a remote control cause it took us a min to figure it out how to change colors and all but overall good for the price and nice effects

The top is aggravating to take off. Not very powerful with the aroma diffusing. Easily breakable.
