Perfect for my Getac tablet
The batteries work perfectly in my Getac tablet. They a huge improvement over the aging factory batteries.

We got a winner!
As furbisher's it is important to our business that we send good working material. We have purchased a lot of batteries for our Getacs and they have arrived swollen. I am glad we finally found someone that cares enough to send their product well packaged and in working condition!

Dead in 3 Years - Low Usage
Bought 2x. One was defective, so I returned it. I kept the other, but it would discharge VERY QUICKLY when in storage, compared to other brands that I own (I own 6x batteries total). I only used it a few times a year, and it is not working any more. The other 5x batteries that I own still work great and keep their charge, even when in storage (outside the unit)

Hard time with warranty on defective battery
These people wanted me to go online to a Google app so their engineers could determine if the battery was bad or not. I would gladly give them their battery back when issued a replacement. I refuse to download a app that I have to put my credit card information online to access. This is only a $25 battery. I am not trying to get anything free here. They supposedly have a 2yr warranty. Looking like I will go locally and walk in and out wit a replacement for my defective product. I am totally disappointed with their so called warranty and customer service. I will drag them through the mud as much as I can. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Came with everything I needed to swap, holds a charge!
Included in the package were decent screwdrivers to disassemble the Dell laptop and swap out the OEM battery. If there were instructions in there, I didn't read them - but this is not that hard to swap. Have to pay attention and be gentle with the battery cable but otherwise, it's like 5 or 6 screws once you get the back off. Once swapped in, everything was put back together and now the laptop can work off the battery for a good few hours again.

Another great battery from this company.
I tried other cheaper batteries and just have issue after issue. NOT. With this company. Great quality batteries.

I really like this product, the same thing as the picture. Very suitable for my computer. The seller service is very good and the logistics is also very fast. I really like it.
