Is this really Vaseline conditioning petroleum jelly with cocoa butter??? Cap on picture shows it to be regular petroleum jelly

No, all 6 are PLAIN Vaseline, no cocoa butter. Product is not as described.

Has anyone tried this to help with dry scalp ?

I have not used it on my scalp but I have on my dry feet and hands and it soaks right into my skin. I'm so glad I bought it.
