My wife bought this for me in April of last year. It worked great when it works. After less than a year, the switch has gone out and will not shut off. It will switch between the different modes, but will not turn off.If you are looking for a light with excellent light output and works great when it works (it was worth the $15 that was paid for it), then this is for you. If you are looking for something that will last the test of time, then I would go elsewhere.I think I am going to spend a little more money on a replacement; You know what they say about getting what you pay for.
