Put it on your hands to get rid of the human scent as well as a little dab on your lure. Masks your scent and the fish love it. However, this size bottle will last FOREVER because you need less than 1/8 teaspoon to do the job.

Scent is becoming a must have for fishermen these days. This stuff is really effective if used on lures and bait, and will increase your catch rate. Keep in mind that it is extremely greasy and will not come off your hands easily. I either squeeze it on directly without touching it, or if I need to spread it or smooth it out, I use only one finger tip to do so, then wipe it off with a cloth right away.

30 year guide here.. Smells just like the saltwater inshore pro gel, so I bought this trophy trout gel (freshwater) for its larger size.. Seems that larger sizes aren't available in some scents all the time..Works just the same for speckled trout as the other scent mentioned. This stuff actually works and it sure won't hurt your chances if you're leary about it.. Good product.

this trout bait is amazing the first time I used it I caught a 5 pound bass 5 min. later caught a 3 pound bass and 2 3pound trout total for the day was 10 large fish TRY IT ITS WORTH THE MONEY YOU WILL LOVE IT I fished the bottom for best results thank you

So far, this has been working well to increase strikes on my plastics. Sticks to the baits and lasts a while.

Either the fish weren’t hungry or this didn’t really work. Wish I had ordered a smaller bottle.
