Refund and return my product
Extremely disappointing product and poor durability. I purchased this as a branded bag expecting good quality, but the material has started peeling and deteriorating, especially around the edges and corners. The finishing is coming off and the bag now looks damaged despite normal use. For the price and brand, this quality is unacceptable. I am requesting a return of the product and a full refund.
