Works fine
This does its job. My only observation is this is not gluten-free, so I unknowingly compromised my GF bread recipe (which calked for dough conditioner). Further investigation has confirmed there are GF dough conditioners available, though those tend to include dairy. Check the ingredients list!

Very upset about the purchase, no instructions on it how to use it . I did not have an intention to give it a ⭐️ but it would not except my review.

Instructions needed
I was dazed and frustrated because it didn’t give specific instructions regarding the ratio of enhancer to flour. I had to guesstimate. Not good.
