Do not buy this.
Should be zero stars. This has to be a chinese counterfeit product, the quality level is so bad it doesn't even work right out of the box. The plastic ratchet pulley and door hanger are so cheap they are guaranteed to break. On the one I received the pulley doesn't even function. Do not buy this product.

Not as durable quality as original
This item was fine for the short time I used it. However, I found the original metal item...much more durable.

It's garbage quality thing, does not hold a position and finally broke in less then 1 month

Very poor quality
Absolutely the poorest quality unlike the original Neckpro which was metal and very strong I sent this latest one back as it was plastic and flimsy and certainly not worth £74 -10 p
