Can’t vouch that this box is absolutely waterproof, but rain showers and boat splashes don’t phase it. The hard plastic shell material is extremely durable, resisting cuts and cracking under very hard use on camping and canoe trips (as well as careless packing in back of truck). Have used as a small toolkit, but would be great for first aid kit, survival kit, etc. The vibrant orange color is very eye catching. Latch mechanism is easy to use even with cold hands. The shell is hard, so hard items inside (like the tools I put in mine) rattle. Use some foam or go to the rubber lined model if this is an issue.

Incredibly high quality case, I’ve actually ordered the smaller version as well for my IEM’s. Paid extra for faster delivery and it came from America to my door in 2 days very impressed with the service.

Just went south and was hoping this case was water tight. Wrong. Glad I didn't put my phone in it or it would have been shot. I bought it in Aug and just used it this week. Can't return it. Beware , don't buy it if you want waterproof as described.
