still the best
Legendary brand name that lives up to the hype: yes, the zippers are THAT good. Besides, polycarbonate construction is unbeatable. It does have soft point: it abrades and scratches easily but that's the only negative aspect I can think of. Great case!

Finally found my suitcase!
My husband and I do a lot of international travel and we recently took 4 of the large suitcases to Rome, Italy. The structure of the suitcases held up perfectly. The space in them is great and bc they're light weight, we were able to pack more. I did purchase clear covers for them so they would be protected more from the rough handling of the airline workers (expensive lessons learned) and the suitcases still look brand new. It took us 4 expensive tries to finally find the perfect suitcases for us. Some weigh 10 lbs with nothing in them, some had crappy wheels and wasted space, and they all were badly scratched. It's worth purchasing covers to protect the hard shell.

First Impressions
I purchased the large 28" suitcase through the Amazon Warehouse and saved $50. It arrived today and first impressions are great. It is lightweight, wheels are smooth, the only minor damaged was the protective film that peels off had some tears (no worries!). Can't wait to use it!
