My sensitive tummy girlies out there. These are goat! So easy to throw in you purse. I only get the mint flavor it is the best one. Easy to chew and not chalky. Way easier to keep on hand than the liquid. Perfect for a travel kit of medicines to keep in backpack. Actually comparable to tums in portability, but for the other half of tummy problems. Taste and texture are fine for medicine. Seems to work as well as the liquid.

Very effective for controlling diarrhea. Be careful not to take too much because contrary to the consensus opinion of it being harmless, if used too frequently, in some users it can cause insomnia and tremors
