No it will not 3 gen ram 2500 it was created for cause the aussies had a 3 gen powerwagon so they made this kit for it and no others so far .

Most likely not if you have the newer 4th generation model. If it is still the 3rd generation (changed in 2009), it fits the 1500 models with the purchase of part number Chrysler OEM part 530 326 70 AC (ambient air duct) from your local Dodge dealer to be installed on the stock airbox.
