Sugru I000474 Original Formula-Black, White & Grey 3-Pack Mouldable Glue, 3 Piece

My power beats cracked open but everything was still intact. I went to apple to see about them repairing but was told, I am better off getting new ones because the warranty just expired. I searched for a glue that will work with electronics and this came up. I thought I would give it a try. So far they helped put my beats together and they work just great! Only issue was putting it on. It was tricky and I had to figure out a way to keep the whole thing from moving and letting it cure 24 hours. Plus the white did not help because little lint dust got trapped on the sides and you can see they are noticable. This package did not come with instructions, I had to look it up online.

Purchased two packs so far- A must have for your utility drawer at home!! We’ve fixed everything from broken sprinkler PCV pipes to pot lid handles. No complaints.Whoever invented this stuff is genius!My pot lids go through the dishwasher multiple times a week. Crockpot lid has been used for hours on end and hasn’t broken down. It has saved us from purchasing new lids.You may not know you need this product but you do and you’ll use it and you’ll love it and will keep it stocked for all those weird things nothing else can fix!

This stuff is awesome. I used it to stick a magnetized phone holder to my dash after the 3M tape failed. It's been going strong for around 2 years now. I dinged 1 star because this stuff does have a shelf life which I didn't realize when i bought it. I bought the variety pack to have in my tool box for when i needed it. When that time came most of it had already gone bad and had to be thrown out which was a bummer.

I have used sugru for a couple of projects and although there are a few types of glue like this now I keep coming back because I know that it works. This time I broke a little tiny piece of plastic on my printer that pushes a sensor down so that it knows the top is closed and it’s safe to print. I thought I was going to have to throw my printer out but thought it was worth the money to try to save it with sugru, and it was! It worked great and my printer prints again!! Hooray! These little packets have enough in them for most projects. Before I have used them to fix cords, chargers (phone and my cord for my laptop) and some other things!

Because of mobility issues, I needed to find a way to tie my tv remote to my recliner to make it easy to retrieve when I dropped it. I attached a chunk of the moldable rubber to the remote and made a hole in it. I then looped some twine through that hole and attached the other end of the twine to the recliner! Viola! Works like a charm! This is great stuff and the possibilities for uses are endless!

I used this for my wired BOSE earbuds which attach to my iPod (yea, I'm getting older!).....Sugru molds easily and well around the wires that were fraying. ...Like Silly Putty or Play-Dough!....So far .....so good. It serves it's purpose but since I use these every day to walk 4 miles I don't expect the ends that are molded to the wires to stay there forever. It's been about 3 months and in due time I will have to do a touch up job. Better than buying new earbuds as these BOSE are pretty damn good. So, yes for my needs this stuff Sugru fit the bill. I would recommend trying it....at least for frayed wires. I cannot comment on hanging any weight with them, etc.

This is my second purchase of Sugru. I've added a horn to one carved wooden animal, and a tusk to another, I've added 'cushioning feet ' to a large shell on my desk to prevent scratching, and repaired a 'lame' ceramic pig. There are more creative uses throughout the house - you won't have to look far and the website always has fresh ideas. I'd compare it to the inimitable 'Labelmaker'....but more useful and people won't think you're nuts because you've labeled the dog or cat. It's just useful and easy to use.

I got this because I wanted to stick a heavier light unit in my shower without having to drill the tiles. I used the putty to stick the mounting bracket on the tile and let it set for the recommended time frame before I put the actual unit on. The unit that I put on the mounting bracket holds 4 D cell batteries so I was worried that the putty wouldn't hold. I didn't use as much putty as I thought I would need, one of the little packs, but that did the trick. It's been a solid 6 months and the putty has been doing great! It's just as strong as it was when it hardened. It's in the shower so it does get surrounded by moisture but it doesn't affect it at all. The bond is strong and doesn't seem like it will fall anytime soon. GREAT product!
