This device reminds me of the other devices I have that I can talk to with commands except this has a light and is chargeable. The sound is what you would expect from the size of the device which is mid grade. The light options are actually nicer than I expected and pretty bright at max, but will kill the battery faster if not plugged in. Simply tap the device to turn on and change between colors. The battery has been good to me so far with being able to keep on overnight. Bluetooth setup was pretty easy. The added features of FM radio, SD card, press a button and device talks to you, phone calls, timer, are all cool bonuses to this. The only things I would add to this would be a clock to make this a built in alarm and to make it waterproof since its portable. The device has been great with the nice color lighting and is great for playing soothing music to go to bed with or to wake up to.

Overall great device for the price.Sound quality: Great. My husband is very picky about sound quality and was quite impressed with this little device!Lights: Love the different colors and brightness levels. I really appreciate the lowest setting because it's helpful at night, but is very dim so it's not shocking to my eyes in the dark!Cons:1. Automated voice: There is a woman who speaks to let you know that the device is available to connect or is connected, etc. It is obnoxious. It is also very loud and the volume of her voice is not controllable. There have been times I chose not to use this over my phone speakers purely because I didn't want to wake my husband in the other room with her voice.2. Light only works with Speakers: The light only functions if you have the speakers on. So strange!

Best little speaker and light combo. The sound quality on the speaker is decent for the bedroom and the lights are just strong enough to give off a great ambiance.

Excellent lighting is good, blue tooth works well. Volume is very controllable and stations and music are clear. Great gift.
