Excellent quality and customer service. Actaully waterproof!
This pad IS actually waterproof! I have been disappointed by a few items I bought on Amazon claiming waterproof and turning out to be NOT waterproof. I am extremely happy I came across with this pad and decided to purchase one!I tested by running water under the faucet. This pad soaked up so much water. The felt side only gets wet when you water the felt side. Water dows not go through from the print side to the felt side because of the waterproof layers inside. I tested before washing and after washing and both worked great. After handwashing gently and hang drying once, the print side had a few bubbles (waterproof layers inside coming off a little bit?), but, it still works great as a waterprood pad. The print side feels smooth. The felt side is not that thick and smooth. Not itchy.The felt color was actually blue instead of red, but, the blue color is deep and nice. I'm glad it actually is blue instead of red. I had a chance to communicate with the seller and communicatiom was prompt and super smooth. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!Last but not least, this pad is made in Taiwan. For once, it is not made in China. Not all made in China items are bad. I am not generalizing like that at all. But, quality is so much better than most made in China products. Stitching is excellent. Cleanly finished and appears to be very secure!I highly recommend for parents to give this pad a try! It is nice to have one or two for possible accidents or as a play mat.

Very nice, thick, absorbent and stays in place. Not like the thin pads that become displaced and wadded up under the sheets!
