Make sure you have a black light

Perfect for black light parties
Ordered these for my stepdaughters 13th birthday. They light up under black light. You receive little sticky buttons with them, so you don’t have to use tape. However, do NOT use the stickies on a painted surface! It WILL rip the paint off!
