Have used it two or three times and results are showing positive.

This is surprisingly good teeth whitening product I’ve seen the difference after only two uses very pleased.

2 stars dropped because they don't taste of mint (there is a residual taste left in your mouth even after brushing teeth and tongue with actual toothpaste); Gentle cleaning is too slow (after 10 days of use there's a very slight brightness but it doesn't help with the crud in the crevices - so the overall look is probably worse). No sensitivity caused which is great, I do often suffer with sensitivity. After 7 days of lackluster performance I increased the wear time to 2 hours daily after cleaning with toothpaste. That does work better. Maybe these should be worn overnight but if you swallowed them somehow then , well, that's not worth considering is it. I have tried and returned many sets of strips to Amazon because the description doesn't match the results. Being a Prime member does have advantages. I hope they don't kick me out lol.

I was quite surprised at how well these work. For the full effect you’d need to be using them daily, I put them on whilst I showered. But after a week or so you really can see a difference
