Williams Sonoma Turkey Brining Blend - Autumn Fruit & Spice (1 LB 2.2 oz) (ONE JAR)

It is a convenient open and dump brine solution. Everyone was complimentary about the taste of the turkey. So no complaints. It is a bit expensive (ended up costing more than a fresh free range turkey). Probably won't buy it next year. Delivery was prompt and timely.

She insisted that this was the only product that she must have to make dinner amazing. When she was all done and we had stuffed ourselves I couldn't believe how good the turkey had been. I'll never have another unbrined turkey.

So flavorful!

The best stuff for a turkey!

It adds great flavour to the turkey but I wish it was a little cheaper. It almost costs as much as a 20 pound turkey.
