I used these to stop copper fraying from speaker wires going into my amps. The ratcheting crimp tool works very well and the ferrules are of good quality.

Good tool and reasonable quality ferrules. Tool takes a bit more hand strength than my other tool but for the price I'm happy.

Did what I needed it to do for the job I was on. Nothing to complain about at all..

This is the first time I have ever used this type of pin crimp system as I am a heavy user of Sta-Kon type crimp connectors. I have to tell you I am really impressed with this system. Just crimped a 16 gauge and a 24 gauge wire. I love how I no longer have my wires fray and the wires are easy to get into the connector due to the inside of the barrel being fluted, easier than some other connectors I have used. I rarely write reviews, the only time is when the product is horrible or I am really impressed, as I am extremely impressed, and yes my kit did come with the tool.

Works great and saves a ton of time. Makes electrical projects much safer while insuring a good connection and a professional look/feel.

I've been shoving stranded wires into places it has no business being and trying to carefully tighten it down. Turns out, you just need to stick one of these ferrule things on the end of the wire and crimp and and there's no more room for error. And redoing the wire isn't an issue because it doesn't all fall apart when you remove the wire.
