Great product! Does exactly what it says it would do! One-handed tear off with strong self-adhesive - no drilling required! We waited overnight to put on the roll of paper towels to make sure that it had a good grip. Went through an extra large roll over the weekend and had no issues. The big plus is the extra counter space that I now have. It looks clean and smart above my granite counter top. Very satisfied. This is one of the most helpful things I have purchased! It is worth every extra penny to have that pressure bar holding the roll in place. It rips one sheet at a time easily with one hand, which is so convenient. We use the adhesive strip instead of drilling and it is still holding tight. It has freed up counter space. I highly recommend.

Its cast aluminum so it doesn't look super pretty but its essentially hidden for us so you don't see it. Otherwise is actually pretty solid since cast aluminum is harder. Did have a problem when the tension rods came loose from one of the black plastic pieces. Discovered they were held in by glue, and assuming not good glue since it came off easily. Did fix it tho with silicone super glue for better flexibility and works like new again.

What a great paper towel holder! My counters were getting overwhelmed with too many things, so I decided to get rid of my countertop paper towel holder and replace it with this one and use my vertical space. I am so happy with it! I used the adhesive method and followed the instructions to warm up the sticky pad with a hair dryer first. It has a very strong adhesive and it is not going to go anywhere. It really looks high end and I love that it has the ratchet mechanism so the roll won't be unraveling and going wild. It you choose to put it up with screws, they include the screw anchors and beautiful end caps to hide the screws. Great quality product and reasonable price. Thank you!

I love this paper towel holder. This is the second one that I have bought, about one for my kitchen a while back. It's sturdy and works very well.

Adhesive started falling off & then tore and fell off in less than 6 months. Seller offered to refund me $3 and told me to find adhesive to purchase. It’s an awkward size shape and size, I can’t find an adhesive for this. So now it’s useless in less than 6 months. No kids or anything yanking on it, I don’t use it much. Buy a better one, I guess.***Update***Seller refunded full cost, which was much better customer service. The actual holder works well so I will replace it, just try to think how to improve the adhesive.
