I really love this product... been using it for weeks. Taste good and high quality.

This product caused me to have serious sleep disturbances. I just stopped taking it after 6 weeks and my sleep has gone back to normal. I didn’t make the connection at first but the first few days after I started taking it I got bad anxiety. Then my sleep started getting worse and worse until I could hardly sleep. I suddenly realised this all started when I began taking this product. I stopped taking it and four days later I started to feel better and my sleep went back to normal. I’ve thrown the bottle away - it’s annoying because it was expensive but it caused me so much distress I can’t go through it again. I was literally getting 3-4 hours sleep a night.

I use Designs for Health products based on my medical doctor's referral. She recommends this to all of her patients, although she tends to refer them to the straight Vitamin D vs the Vitamin D/K complex product. For those who wonder why, it has to do with the fact that many of her patients are on medications that are not compatible with Vitamin K supplements so pay attention to any disclaimers you see on the product or in write ups. I'm taking the complex since I want to accelerate bone healing from a fracture. While I can't say yet if its working or once the bone heals if it was successful in accelerating the healing since I'm taking more than one product, I can say that I know from experience that the Vitamin D product works phenomenally well. If this product works even half as well as the Vitamin D product, I have no doubt I made the right choice in getting this product. I run my doctor's Vitamin D lab tests and her patients' Vitamin D levels increase to healthy levels after just one month of using this product as directed. I don't think you can go wrong with these supplements as long as you make sure there are no contraindications for your situation and as long as you take the recommended dosage. Taking prolonged, higher dosages will give you unhealthy levels of Vitamin D.
