love these vitamins. I'm not a fan of chewable gummys! I don't like the gritty feeling and sometimes the taste. But these are awesome!! Wonderful taste no girdy feeling. Definitely going to be getting them again!! My hair and my nails are growing fast and look healthy.

I wanted to love this product as I love Mary Ruth’s products, but it needs to be timed in between other medications and supplements, and there are not enough hours in the day to add this to that equation. Very disappointed.
