It is perfectly safe taking all four and I know with this company that the products are free from pesticides and heavy metals.I do wish however that their packaging was a little more environmentally conscious. The jars are quite large and only full one-quarter of the jar. It would be cool if they distributed these in a paper zip-top bag that could be recycled.I love this mushroom product and it is absolutely worth the cost for the exceptional quality and effectiveness! 💯 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

True Grace Mushroom Lion's Mane BrainI can't speak to the effectiveness of this supplement due to differences of anatomy and duration of use but I can speak to the capsule itself. This is a basic gel capsule that does not have any taste and is easy to consume with water. The product does have a slight smell to it but it was not offensive to me but definitely present. The price point seems a little high to me but if the product provides the results you are looking for it may be worth it to you. I would recommend doing research on Lion's Mane Mushroom uses and overall effectiveness to determine if this product will be of use to you.

I've waited a whole month to review this product. After having had 30 servings (60 capsules), I feel no different than before I started taking them, so I can't really speak to how effective they are.However, I loved the presentation — the bottle is solid and easy to twist and open, though perhaps a little too big for its contents. The capsules are made of organic vegetable content and go down easy with a glass of water or tea.

But it's subtle enough that I'm still not really sure if I'm placebo-ing myself. I didn't notice any difference with this particular one compared to others I've taken in the past.The capsules don't have a scent outside of the bottle. If I sniff at the bottle opening, it vaguely reminds me of being in a pet store, or pet food pellets, or something like that.It's hard for me to swallow capsules with water, but if I take them with something carbonated or with warm tea, it makes it a lot easier. If they have a flavor, taking them the way I do makes it not noticeable.The bottle came in a box, with a tamper seal on the inside. It's a very oversized bottle - I included a picture where I put all of the capsules into the lid, and they almost fit in that. But it's sturdy, and a nice color, and I like how the bottom is a little rounded, so when I've taken all of the capsules, I might try to peel the sticker off and reuse it for other things. :)The one I got in April 2023 expires in December 2025.
