Tastes good
I was hit by a cement truck in another country and broke a bunch of bones. I’m confident that this helped with some of the knitting. The collagen also helped my nails get stronger.. which is a side-benefit.

I HATE protein powders, drinks, powders, etc... However,
This one tastes good enough that I've been very compliant with my physicians request to drink two per day leading up to my surgery in three weeks. A sidenote, while I love sweet drinks, this is a tad too sweet for me. So,I mix it with 20 ounce bottle of water rather than the recommended 16.9 ounces.
