Just used these for the first time for a huge family party. They worked great and looked very nice. I wish I had purchased one larger one, as I was surprised by how often I was refilling the water one with the 30+ guests we had. Very versatile -- you can have nothing in the interior, or just the ice cylinder, or also use the infuser. I can't comment on longevity as we've only had them out once.

Very poor quality of plastic. Had to be discarded after only 1 month of use. plastic walls had residue that could not be washed off.

Arrived quickly, and in great condition. Looks nice, works well, with one clarification. Be very careful if using lemons in the fruit infuser. I placed 4 slices, almost 1/2 of a small lemon in the holder, for two gallons of water. Used the dispenser for our party, looked great, was easy to use, the spout poured well. Clean up the following day, I found that the lemon had "burned" in to the plastic! I now have a permanent line where the water level was overnight. In addition to that, the fruit infuser has chemical burns all over it. Not sure that I will be able to use it again.

I really like this. Holds a good amount of liquid and I like the fact that you can put fruit and ice in the center. I accidentally dropped the lid and it got a smallish crack immediately, don’t drop, the acrylic is sort of fragile.

The diffusers make the difference! I had an event and people asked where I got these beverage dispensers. Great quality and very beautiful display when you use fruit. A+

I really love this dispenser. I bought it for a party and it was great. It held a lot especially if you take out the ice insert. I wish it was a little bit sturdier. I can see if you aren't careful with it you could drop and break it, but as long as you pay attention it is worth it.

We needed a better way to provide water for our guests at our church's "coffee bar". This is the perfect size for both the hospitality team (less frequent fills) and the congregants. Arrived quickly, too.
