I purchased this water pump for Rs 999 in Feb 2022. Beginning in July 2022, I faced two issues:1) The buttons require a lot of pressure to work - difficult for a child or a senior citizen2) The pump stopped working multiple times every day. I raised complaints with Hoteon via WhatsApp and their initial advice was to bang the dispenser on a hard surface each time. After a video call in the first week of August, where I demonstrated the problem and explained my frustration, the Hoteon customer care executive promptly sent me a new water dispenser pump free of charge.I am thankful to Hoteon for the replacement and I hope that the problem will not recur with the new pump.

The product that was delivered initially was defective, I had contacted the customer service number mentioned on the package. The customer service addressed the issue with urgency. She got the replacement delivered within 4 days. The replaced device is currently working well. It is easy to use. Charges soon and works well with the 20 L water can.

This is a very handy device, though my one lasted for just five months. I will not deny that, it can last longer if only 600 ML of water is filled as I used it to fill 6 litres of water, which was beyond its capacity and it resulted in damaging the machine. If all rules are adhered then it is worth a purchase, not meant for heavy water filling but small amount of water filling. Definitely a good purchase, no regrets for it lasted for only five months. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  Built quality is really good. Seems durable. Looks profesional and elegant. Very good water flow. Fill 600 ml in less than 30 secs. The auto 600ml works good.Fits perfectly with my Bislery 20 L can without the cap.However the pin of the USB cable received was too short and does not fit correctly in the main unit. Therefore it is not possible to charge. I used some other USB cable with longer pin which worked and was able to charge the unit.This is the only drawback I saw till now which made me to reduce a star; otherwise it would have been 5 stars.I need to check the battery life and how many 20 L cans I can empty with a single charge.

Good product purchased 3 of these 1 is very noisy motor and the other 2 are gr8. I had purchased oneassist 1 yr extended warranty this later i found out was fake ( not valid for dispenser) and i paid 139 per product for it and when i asked oneassist in regards to it they said it isnt valid for a dispenser but only for aquaguard. So whoever else has purchased this extended warranty kindly ask for ur refund back from oneassist. And also dear Amazon team dont post fake warranty deals for products thta arent Vaild for it.

I have two of these and the products work well. The charging lasts decently for a few days depending on the usage. It is very convenient.I had an issue with one of them and since it was in warranty, it was replaced by the company within a few days. Appreciate it.Suggestion:A low battery warning would be very helpful. This model doesn't have that.

The dispenser is of high quality with a great battery life and ease of use features. Moreover the seller has a very good service team who attends t your queries real quick and provides the right solution.
