Initially I was disappointed that I didn't feel cured after one night, and for a few nights it was hard for my neck to get used to a new pillow. But after a couple of days I can tell my neck pain is significantly reduced, my posture is better, and I even feel a reduction in my neck hump which has been very stubborn for years! This is a very comfy pillow and I'm happy with how it's working so far. Personally I find the 'medium' support quite firm so I wouldn't get the 'firm' one if you like quite a soft pillow.

Was worried that the medium firmness would be too soft but it's been perfect. Took a day to plump up - haven't slept this soundly in a while, plus no more neck strain during the day! One star down as it did take a couple nights getting used to and finding the perfect side, the shape gives it plenty of versatility depending on your sleep style but once you find the right spot it's great

I’m really happy that I purchased this groove pillow. The original height can be restored within 1 hour after I opened the package. The pillow can be filled with pillowcase as well or left standing for 24hrs. And the hight design on both sides of this pillow can help us find the Z suitable for our sleep. I can use it with my old pillow for a week that I can better adapt to the pillow. All in all, 10/10 highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing pillow. Im sleeping like a baby and it’s great for my neck. So comfortable once I go to sleep I don’t want to move as it’s way to comfortable to move

Well, I was very skeptical about this working as I suffer dreadful neck and shoulder pain almost all the time now. Have had neck pain on and off for about 20years (after getting whiplash on a rollercoaster ride). The first night I used the 13cm side and neck pain was horrendous the next day and gave me a headache too. I thought I’d give it another try and again I had an uncomfortable night. I went back to my old uncomfortable pillow for one night and then thought I might as well try the 10cm side. Wow. I’ve now been using it for about a week and can honestly say I have zero neck and shoulder pain! I’m quite a petite person (5ft 2 and small boned) so maybe you just have to get the right height of pillow to suit YOU. I am really pleased and hope it continues. Oh and I’m also a back sleeper and a side sleeper, both sides actually, so can recommend this pillow if you are both a back and side sleeper.

The pillow was super flat and nit as described by the seller. As you can see in the video it was just a flat sponge in the case. There was nothing ergonomic about it.

When the pillow arrived, my initial impressions were that it was too small & thin to provide any support at all. However, once it was alongside my existing pillows it was clear that it was the same size (though a fraction of their depth). I've had a week of excellent & very comfortable sleep on a "Prime: Try Before You Buy" offer, and it was so good that I've now decided to keep it & paid. My only slight niggle is that it could be a bit thicker so that the whole pillow sits a little higher. At 6ft 3" my head is much lower off the bed than I'm used to for the ultimate comfort when sleeping on my side so I'm currently experimenting with putting a thin pillow underneath this one to see how that goes. (Others have noted a string smell - once inside a pillow protector & pillowcase, there was a slight smell from new with mine, but it had disappeared by the third night).

To start with, like many other buyers, I was alarmed at how small and scrunched up the tightly rolled pillow was. However, after 6 hours placed against a radiator, it took its' full shape and form. I was suffering from severe neck and back of head pain, impossible to sleep, and had tried everything. I didn't believe that I would be comfortable, but I persevered and had a good nights' sleep and after two nights my problem was gone. Excellent product.

Naturalmente ho aspettato fino a 48 ore ma era sempre lo stesso, vedere foto. Fatto il reso. Da non comprare assolutamente
