We purchased this knife for our son’s birthday and felt compelled to open the box to inspect it before giving it as a gift. Wow. The blade is genuine Damascus and razor sharp out of the box. The fit and finish are top notch, and the few minor imperfections in the bone handle add to the overall charm and awesomeness of this knife. I love the adornment cuts on the back of the blade, etc. They make a substantially weighty and functional knife look glamorous and insanely stylish. Also, because there are two flip knobs, one on each side of the blade, this knife is simultaneously ambidextrous… perfect for a lefty or someone like my son who is ambidextrous. This knife is worth every penny, and if the kiddo doesn’t like it, imma totally jack it for myself.

my knife arrived packaged and oiled which is great and looks exactly like the picture in the add if not better in person. The details on the handle are amazing and the Damascus steal is super durable and sharp not to mention beautiful to look at. altogether 5 stars!

It's beautiful. It was well worth the money. Shaving sharp out of the box. But there are a couple issues. The leather pouch it comes with has to be worked with to fit it, you really need to shove it down in there to button it. There is a small imperfection at the very tip that can be worked out though honing/sharpening. The main issue I have is that I NEED to use the leather pouch, because the knife has a habit of just... opening. That's pretty dangerous, and the reason I got a pocket knife and not a fixed blade was to put it in my pocket. Now I have all the negatives of a pocket knife with none of the positives. Pretty knife though, seems sturdy.

Very nice looking, came in time and I love using it.

Very heavy for the size. But knife is absolutely gorgeous when seen in person. Very Solid, no wiggle in any of the components, arrived sharp enough to shave forearm hair. Despite this looking like a show piece, the construction seems solid enough for this to be an everyday knife that you'd want to carry around - with the only drawback being the weight (which might be a positive for some people as it speaks to how much quality material went into it's construction).

This knife is a work of art. Heavy, solid, well made. Definitely worth the money. My sheath came broken though, just the snap.

Poorly made, access oil everywhere. Waste of money. Returned.
