I recently bought a Bibo Fizz machine and have nothing but praise for the machine and customer service. I chose it because it didn't need plugged in or use batteries - It's all driven by the the CO2 gas. Also, it looked good and the full package I purchased was great value for money. I had a few problems at the beginning (all of my own making) but a lovely young woman called Poppy couldn't have more helpful. She stuck with me and took me through the set up and use a step at a time. I'm pleased to say that the machine is in full working order and I have no hesitation in recommending it to everyone. Lovely quality, like the two sizes of bottles, looks great , and works very well. The only down side is it’s quite difficult to put the bottle into the unit, but having said that I do have Osteoarthritis in my wrists. Otherwise very pleased , good quality for the price .

Save a lot of money! And as summer is near, will be used a lot!

i used to use a sodastream and tried the new one, twice and found they are rubbish, however i took the risk and bought this. It's superb. I can't recommend it highly enough. Brilliant.. Instructions are poor, the the product is 5 star.

Soda machine fine and works but co2 cannister had a 2022 expiry date

I will have to re-edit as not yet used this product.One thing I noticed though was the use by date on the gas canister is 2021 🤔I have since used it and have run out already.I love the different modes of sparkle.I tested against the shop bought spring water and the soda stream wins by a 100 miles, imo.

Arrived with a fault and Bibo dispatched a replacement within 24 hours complete with a return label. Now up and running and enjoying the F I Z Z. A big thank you to Bibo for their first class customer service
