I have been an s-zone customer for a long time. The quality is top notch. The leather is soft and wears just as they describe creating a beautiful bag. Extremely large carry load for a leather backpack. Zippers are strong and smooth. Compared to 2 other styles they make, this is my favorite. If you have not tried one of their bags, please do. Between backpacks, crossbody and totes, I am always pleased with their products.

The quality is so nice! It has many pockets and room for a lot of stuff. I love the color and feel of the leather. My only complaint is the adjustable straps don't stay the length you make them. Other than that, I love the bag.

This backpack purse has room for everything you need to carry and then some. Very strong zippers, handles, and straps. Nice leather outside and exterior material is also very durable. I would give this 5 stars but the shoulder straps are just a bit uncomfortable. They could use some padding or maybe be just a bit wider at the top. Overall, though, I love this bag and would recommend it to everyone.

It's my 2nd purchase, with an additional discount as before. This backpack is absolutely beautiful, inside out. Feels so smooth to the touch, very well made. Lots and lots of zippered sections throughout. Very spacious and comfortable to wear. Once again, thank you for the surprise gift inside. This is my best backpack ever. It will last me a lifetime. Also, I am going to have to hide these bags from my family members.

This is a great bag. It for sure is real leather - seems the most like full grain (it passes the 'scratch test'). All the pockets are great. Just a warning though, bc its real leather, the bag on its own is heavier than a backpack of the same size. Other than the extra weight though, it's an amazing bag.

I have tried numerous backpacks for a personal item for my upcoming vacation and they all seemed too large. Even larger than my carryon luggage. I have been able to fit everything I need into this one without completely filling it. It is below the size and below the strict personal item weight for the econo airline I’m using. It being heavy than the other backpacks is a feat in itself. Nice little gift/keychain came with it.

I really love my new bag. The colour and texture it has lots of room and I am sure over time the leather will get softer and be even more comfortable.

Excellent construction.. high quality leather. Lots of storage pockets, big and small. So far very happy with it.
