Spring loaded cover.
Installed this myself after curing power to it. Didn’t want to leave the plug open since the EV charger was removed. Good product and worth the cost.

FUNCTIONAL AND DURABLE
This was a good choice to cover my 50Amp RV plug on the exterior of my house.It's very sturdy, appears to be built from solid aluminumThe lid opens FULLY, that easily allows the RV plug to be plugged IN and to allow one to grab the RV plug firmly to remove it too.The only complaint I would have is the rubber gasket that goes between the plate and the wall - it's not quite the same size or big enough to properly provide what I feel would be the best weather protection. Also, the way to remove the opening on the gasket is to 'pop out' parts of the center, however they are round punch outs, that again, do not match a standard 50Amp female receptacle.Overall, great value, strong build and looks good.

The product is Good
It took way too long to process and ship my order. I will look for other options. But the covers are good. This is the 4th one I am using on the end of an extender cable for my welders.

Good quality, solid cover
I had tried to find a cover to fit a 2 gang box with no luck and this one worked well. I liked that it was metal and not cheap plastic.

Not that solid
Screw lightly the cover when using the 4 corners holes, metal around one of the 4 holes broke when installing the screw. I repared it with epoxy paste from inside.
