This item has a great range of well know ingredients in it. All have been well document to aid all things liver! I tend to take something like this for a few days after a bit of a heavier weekend to aid with recover and over all health. The festive season these particularly come in handy. Whilst it's hard to pinpoint visible or feelible results, you have to trust in the science that its doing you some good.The onky thing I don't like dome much about this is the supply. Each bottle only contains 20 days worth of supplement (3 capsules per serving). So a bottle doesn't even last a month, bit the price tag is still on the higher end. It is a mix of quality ingredients, and, if like me, you don't take them daily, you'll get a lot longer out of them. But for a regular user you'd need more than a bottle a month.
