In a sea of made in China items, this German made set of wooden blocks is a breath of fresh air. They are high quality, well painted, and smells incredible. The wooden blocks reminds me of toys from yesteryear, where toys were hand crafted with care instead of mass produced cheaply from some nameless shop. I would recommend this set to anyone as it teaches toddlers to match the image of the card to the wooden piece (and vice versa) aiding their visual and fine motor skills. Get them for your little ones or as gifts!

Sturdy box and board with well made wooden pieces. No plastic in the box, which is nice. I like the varying levels of difficulty to extand the use of the game. This is a great set to progress learning beyond regular puzzles and introduce logic. I like that there is a range of Haba games, including this one, that provide increasing challenges.

This set of blocks is exactly the kind of toy I loved best for my kids when they were little, and I'm excited to get it now for when my grand-niece visits. It's endlessly creative. You can use it just to build, or you can have fun turning the blocks over and matching up animals, or you can (once the child is a little older---I think using the template would be a big hard for a 2 year old) match the pictures on the template. The blocks are solid and smooth and of high quality. Blocks are the ultimate mix and match toy---this can be used along with most any other block set, to put a kitty on top of a building or the like! Love these!

My kids really enjoyed playing with this, it kept there attention for a good 30 minutes.I like how it comes with multiple different puzzle sheets and they are front and back with 3 different levels. The blocks are also front and back so there are lots of possibilities. This product is great quality.

Haba has done it again with this game for kids. 18 wooden tiles with 12 template cards allow the child to try to mimic the picture on the card using the wooden pieces. This is similar to tangrams, but very appealing to a toddler giving them eye-hand coordination skills along with looking at a picture and seeking to duplicate it. I got this for my 2 year old grandson who will love it. Well made. Just a fine toy. Solid.

This wooden block puzzle set teaches young children to use spatial reasoning to solve the pictures on the cards. The easiest level has the blocks all color coded to the picture. The harder sets have gray block pictures which leaves a little bit of guess work. Children have to spatially place the blocks on the 3 x 3 grid in the proper positions. Blocks are well made, sturdy, brightly colored, and have an amazing wood scent.
