Happy with purchase
First battery powered lawn tool. Very easy to assemble. Much more powerful than I expected. The length and quality you expect from roybi. Less noise than my old gas powered trimmer. I am extremely happy with the purchase and recommend.

Perfect upgrade from 18v
Upgraded from the Ryobi 18v blower and trimmer and couldn’t be happier. Trimmer makes quick work of the normal edging and trimming, but also handles heavier brush extremely well. Blower is quiet and powerful.

Amazing weed trimmer and blower combo!
The media could not be loaded. Light weight compared to my gas echo weed trimmer. I absolutely love it. No more pulling a string to start, no more gas and carburetor problems, and practically noise free. Ran 55 minutes on low, no need to put it on high. My only complaint is that it should come with two batteries.

Amazing customer service
This seller included a personal letter expressing desire to provide great customer service. He did!!!Upon initial charging the charger stopped working. Spoke with seller had a new one next day. Would recommend the Country Butler

Used not new
I did not know I was purchasing a used product. Loose parts are in plastic bags, no original packaging, dirt and scratches all over and used string still in trimmer. I am not opposed to buying used items but I would have liked have known it was a used item. cleaning of product and clearing it from old string should have been expected. What I don’t know is if it was inspected before shipping.

Ryobi Leaf Blower / Weedeater Combo Kit
Both items work very well. The interchangeable 40V battery is a key feature these items were purchased.

Disappointed
The leaf blower in this combo set has a design defect that apparently Ryobi is not willing to address. The turbo button does not work well and has a short right out of the box. I have experienced this on three different units of the same model. I emailed Ryobi customer support about the design defect and they only sent a generic response for me to take it to a warranty shop which will be pointless since it’s not that my model is a lemon, and is in fact a design defect.
