Speck Products Presidio Grip iPhone SE (2022) Case| iPhone SE (2020)| iPhone 8| iPhone 7, Black/Black

I've been using Speck for a while now and I am generally never disappointed. I do admit it may be a bit frustrating that the Presido Grip from last year works on the iPhone 8 yet they're charging double the price for the new one. However, keep in mind that there does appear to be some changes and even an increase in overall quality. I'll try and do a quick break down of this for you.*Pros1.) The grip is expanded even further on the back near the middle from last years. While not a big deal, it provides more areas of grip which is never a bad thing.2.) The grip itself feels like it has a more tactile feel which I really like but it still offers the same grip as before. There is no better protection from drops than grip that helps prevent a drop.3.) The cutouts look more fitting for an iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 because they're speaker cutouts. However, they're wide enough for headphones so if you have a 6/6s you won't be left out..4.) The rubber around the charging port seems to be more sturdy than before but only time will tell on this one.5. No fingerprints are noticeable*Cons1.) You can get the older model for half the price2.) Quality control is a bit poor. I tested 5 cases at Best Buy and all but one of them felt loose on the bottom right side. The case wasn't at risk of coming off but it had a creak and popping like feeling. I didn't purchase the case that day and when I went back the 3 left all felt loose so I didn't buy one. The case I ordered from Amazon is extremely tight and fits as it should. I bring this up to inform you that if you get one that feels loose you should exchange it because that's not how it's supposed to feel.

I changed my rating to five star because this thing has protected my phone from about 100 drops and no damage to the phone. It is inexpensive and a slim Design it is definitely five star.

This is my second speck presidio and I love them. The first one was for my iPhone 6 and it protected it from all of the many drops - well over 100 times. I have a disabled hand that spasms and I drop things all of the time so I need extra protection for my phones without bulk because the thicker cases make the phone too big for me to use it. I dropped it down full flights of wood steps, on concrete, on wood floors, on tile floors and many other surfaces. When I got my iPhone 8 I immediately got another one of these cases. It was easy to get on and fits perfectly without added bulk so I can still hold it and put it in my pockets. The buttons are easy to access and press unlike other cases I tried. It works perfectly with wireless charging. I looked at 20 different reviews from various websites that did independent testing and this case was always in the top 5.

My last one lasted 1.5-ish years.Eventually it began falling apart, the little rubber pieces on side and back would start to peel off and some of the bottom hard plastic pieces got broken. It’s a pretty nice case but wish it would last longer.Easy to grip and hold in my hand.Kept my phone safe each time I dropped it

I love this case for its ease of use and degree of protection. The previous one worked great for going on two years, but the gripping ridges started to tear off. The thin parts of the case above the silence switch and lightning connector broke about 1.5 years in.

The Speck Presidio Grip case for the iPhone 8 was ordered but the case that arrived is no way near the correct fit. I waited over a month to get this and am pleased that the case is manufactured with the expected correct materials .... especially the rubber texture (not a fusion of today’s manufactured plastic & rubber). Will return and try again and hope the correct size is sent. Take two 🎬

This is my third I phone case. This does not slip out of your hand. I tried the outer box a waste of money very slippery and my daughter dropped hers and it cracked. Not a good case at all. The other was the pong case. Had this case for 3 phones but there new case is very very slippery. Not worth the purchase and they would not accept the return. If you want a case that will not slip out of your hands and will protect your phone this is the best case out there. Very disappointed with the otter box and the pong and with there customer service also.

If you have this and tempered glass on your phone, you will not have to worry about damaging your phone at all no matter how you drop it. I’ve had this case for over a year and here I am buying it again because yes it eventually does fall apart (the side grips, although some of it I picked at so not entirely the designs fault) but this WILL protect your phone. I’ve tried so many other cases with no grips or the lip on the front isn’t high enough and the phone slips out of my hand too easily or will get damaged/shatter if I drop it and it lands face down. However, this case is reliable. I’ve dropped my phone down face down so many times and never had any damage.I personally don’t think it’s too bulky. If you’re looking for something that is as thin as paper and doesn’t protect your phone, then this isn’t for you. But this is as thin as you’re gonna get if you want protection.

Had for five weeks on my iPhone 8 and very pleased with choice. Rubbed edges aid grip and it fits snugly. Feels robust without being bulky. A very good mid-priced option (£17).

Me lo chiedo da ieri che la sto usando, in poche parole offre grip eccellente e protezione totale per il nostro smartphone, look accattivante e materiali di prima qualità.Ho comprato 4 cover prima di questa, incipio octane, puro, tech21 e ringke, per una questione o l’altra non mi hanno soddisfatto, nella Speck presidio grip ho trovato tutto ciò che cercavo.Calza alla perfezione e protegge a dovere il telefono.Straconsigliata

If you reading this review stop wasting time and buy it. Well worth the money. It’s slimmer then the three layer cases with Hoult in screen cover so feels better. Couple it with a good tempered glass cover and your good to go

Good product. Nice texture feel when is on your hand. The grip is working well.
