How do you hang the center clock piece?

It comes with 2 "tac" pins that the center part is suppose to hang from. Personally I do not know why the clock movement does not have a hook on it or a back to it. There must be a better one on the market. If I knew this first I would not have bought it. Also numbers are foam with chrome tape on top.

Are the numerals foam or another material

Foam then there’s a shiny hard plastic material that goes over top of the foam . It’s a very nice product. I have two of them. Very pretty when hung.

How tall are the numerals?

I'm not very happy with it so I'm I making a large clock and I'm going to paint the numbers on instead .
