I would love to have front snaps, I add magnetic snaps to her clothes to make it easy For her to use.

Plan to order a size smaller than you normally wear. I bought this for my 95 year old mother-in-law who has severe dementia. She normally wears a medium shirt but she literally swims in this. I also bought it in another color and will be returning that one. I would have preferred something without the "bling" - instead of buttoning and unbuttoning her shirt now she'll be picking at the bling. Unfortunately there isn't much selection in this style of shirt with long sleeves (most are ¾ length - not good for old people that feel cold more than the rest of us do.)

Beautiful color, design and ease of dressing.

This top may work for someone else who is wheel chair bound but did not work for my situation.
