Excellent muffin pans! They bake evenly and they never stain, despite frequent use for many months. Best of all, they clean up so easily. Just soak in water for 5 minutes and any muffin residue wipes away fast. Love that it is stainless steel with no toxic coatings!!! Best ever muffin pans!!

Why didn't I buy these a long time ago? They are so easy to clean, bake up muffins just like they should and best of all no worries about all that non-stick coating stuff! These were a wonderful buy and I am very pleased with them. They do have a good weight to them and, for those of us who are older, it is something to consider. You won't be lifting them with one hand in and out of the oven - or at least I don't.

This is very well made in gleaming heavy weight stainless steel. The size is spot-on not as small or shallow as some trays are. Recent reports of non-stick material being a health hazard prompted this purchase and although it wasn't the cheapest, I think the quality justifies the cost. I am considering buy a second.
