Will this work with the WS-2801A sensor?

Yes it works with the sensor that comes with the ws-2801a. I have used it with my second sensor for about a year now

Would this work with the wh32 outdoor temp & humidity sensor?

No. The WH32 is too large. Only the WH31 series will fit into this shield.

What are inside dimensions? i would like to use it to protect my tx-3110b from the ws8482 system. is there a shield for the tx-3110b ? thank you.
