The hole pattern to the base the EasiTroll comes with measures 2.5” x 2.5” so that would fit. The overall footprint of the base 5.25” x 5.25” so there would be some overhang mounting to that surface. As such, you would have to determine if enough stability and support can be provided to compensate for that. Thank you.

As I recall, just needs to have the pole put on. 5 minutes.

Q: is the weigth inclued with it

no. I found the down rigger balls also on Amazon. I went with 8lb balls because I ocean fish with a lot of current and tide. Depending on the type of fishing you do, choose any weight from 2lbs to somewhere around 12lbs. Hope this helps!
