This was easy to install and works great. Some reviews say that the soap comes out too fast or shoots too far, but I don’t have that problem at all.

It’s a soap dispenser it works. I’ve had no problem with it. It does what it’s supposed to do probably won’t last for long but who knows looks good easy to install..

This was a replacement for a Delta dispenser. The Delta simply lost its ability to pump due to breakdown of an internal stopper for the spring (it would go down but not spring up with suction). This unit's spring is encased in a plastic unit, so there won't be the constant rubbing of the spring mechanism against the "barrel" of the holder. I also liked the fact the "nut" from the bottom and the threaded part of the top are plastic. The Delta was metal and was difficult to UNtighten - hand tightening this one was great without having to use tools. Being metal, the Delta also corroded as the DOILIESE is just not going to wear down like that. So far, installation was a charm, suction is excellent (and they give you a SECOND "straw"), and I am very happy with this unit.

It’s functional and might very well last a long time but I ended up returning it before installing because it’s obviously made with very cheap materials. There’s only a small, thin amount of (what I’m guessing is) nickel surrounding a lot of plastic. If you’re not looking for something as nice as a kohler dispenser which has solid metal components, then this might work fine for you.
