I purchased these just because I got tired of having a dad body! It was time that I took a leap for a change in my health. Now mind you I have kids in sports and with that being said we have nights where we get home late and fix up a late night dinner. So normally what I do is take 2 pills every night right after I eat so I can allow 45 mins to an hr for it to kick in. Now the size of these are the normal size of a regular capsule vitamin so easy to take by mouth. I enjoy these because no only do it help me sleep better at night I also don’t feel as bloated in the mornings and feel as I get better sleep at night. You don’t get the jitteriness and you don’t get energy at night. The taste is a plain normal taste and it works great!

So far all of this company’s products have been great!!! This is the third supplement i have tried from this company and I have not been disappointed yet.

These don’t necessarily put me to sleep or help me sleep but they help with burning fat during sleep. Nothing helps me sleep but I do wake up energized after taking them at night. Just be sure to drink plenty of water or you will have cotton mouth.

This actually did help with sleep - not a dead sleep - just a little more restful than what I typically get. The weight loss thing ... this is not a magic pill - this taken with proper diet and exercise - it will help aid in your goal - but that is up to the individual, habits, present health and discipline.

There’s been some bad reviews on this. Keep in mind if you aren’t used to taking these type of supplements go slow. Recommended serving is 2 an hour before bed. I started with 1 for 4 days than bumped up to 2. They for sure work. Helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. Hopefully is working as described while I’m in lala land. Just make sure you are allowing your self to get at least 8 hours of sleep. If not they can make you groggy in the morning and feel a bit out of it.

I’m not sure if it takes multiple nights to start seeing the “sleep help”, but night one was a fail. I took 2 pills around 11pm and I didn’t fall asleep until after 3am
